Once you got home after studying or working, then go to bed and sleep. In the morning you wake up again. You do it over and over again. That freakin’ doesnt improve your life, honey. These help you never get bored on daily basis and form good habits.

  1. Consume boiled-eggs pick the white ones if you don’t find any rice to eat.

  2. Drink warm beverages; hot choco or coffee or tea time.

  3. Facial time or get massage at saloon.

  4. Solo traveling

  5. Work from Home by commute.

  6. Get the screens off.

  7. Cold-pressed juice.

  8. Take your time to have deep quality conversation.

  9. Go to library.

  10. Say Hi to strangers.

  11. Help people a bit for a while.

  12. Meditate like yoga.

  13. Take time for your personal psychologist. Ask for advices.

  14. Sleep well under blanket while raining.

  15. Read books.

  16. Enjoy lofi sometimes pleasing.

  17. Go bike-swim-run. Sports are good for your mind and body health.

  18. Sing as you can.

  19. Feel comfort. Take it easy. Keep down-to-earth. Be humble. Feel enough. Feel secure. Stay stable. Be your self. Be grateful. Be simple. Always be kind.

  20. Eat chocolate.

  21. Get spiritual lectures from professionals.

  22. Take time for essays; languages courses or math, etc.

  23. Be veggies and fruits addict.

  24. Don’t gossip. It drains your energy.

  25. Stretch your body a bit.

  26. Make-up free. Be natural at the moment.

  27. Drink more mineral water.

  28. Play with kids. Blend with them. Act like kids.

  29. Keep away from debates.

  30. Take quality time with family.

  31. Hug your beloved people.

  32. Get in the warm bathup.

  33. Enjoy offline meetups.

  34. Share your interests to others.

  35. Just dance all the way around.

  36. If you have spouse and they are tired, kiss them warm.

  37. Have a good sex with your spouse at the dawn after get awaken. Or in the kitchen?
