It was easier to log off from the internet in the pre-pandemic era. It was easier to forget that it even existed in the first place and to just savor the pleasure of your day-to-day life: to meet your favorite friends; to visit a new coffee shop without the burden of posting any updates; to be lost in the crowded train station at rush hour in the early morning.
Not so much now.
